Vina Montgras

Vina Montgras is one of the few large producers in Chile with properties in several regions, and an extensive portfolio featuring a wide selection of grape varieties. Founded in 1993 by businessmen Critian Hartwig and Eduardo Gras, and Eduardo’s winemaker brother Hernan, who had worked extensively as a winemaker in Canada.

Vina Montgras is based in Colchagua valley with 3 wineries distributed in San Jose, Ninquen, and Pumangue. It also owns vineyards in Leda and Maipo regions.

Since 2011, Vina MontGras was one of the first wineries in Chile to be certified under the Sustainable Code of Vinas de Chile. A voluntary instrument, aimed at incorporating sustainable practices in wine companies. And in 2021, certifies 100% of its portfolio as vegan.

Today, Vina Montgras is one of the largest family-owned Chilean wineries, exporting to more than 30 countries worldwide.
